Cars Show and Shine

In 2012 the Monaro Car Club of Western Australia (MCCWA) will hold the 8th Monaro Nationals in Western Australia. As part of the process to gear up for the Nationals, the club members at the Annual General Meeting in July of 2008 voted in favour of forming a Special Events Committee which has the name of Monspec.

The other requirements that the MCCWA members wanted was for the club to run and manage an annual car show aimed at American and Australian manufactured Muscle Cars with sustainable growth that would see this event within a few years to become one of the premier car shows in Western Australia.

The Monspec Committee has been working diligently organising the Special Event and although we are still in the initial planning stage of the car show, we can tell you that the name of the car show will be known as “CARS” which represents “Classic, Awesome Rides Show” and the expect date of the inaugural “CARS” event is expected to be on the 18th of October 2009.
